Terms of Use

What you are agreeing to by using this service: who may play, how money moves, how a round settles, and when we can close an account.

These are the terms between you and Azavor LLC. Using the service means accepting them. If you do not, do not use it. This service operates under 2819/JAZ.

Who May Use It

You must be an adult under the law where you live, and online gambling must be permitted there. Do not use this service if either is untrue. An account found to belong to someone under age is closed, its stakes are returned, and its winnings are not paid.

One account per person. Do not open a second, do not let anyone else use yours, and do not use it on behalf of anybody else.

Verifying Who You Are

Before we send money out we verify your identity. You give us a photograph of an identity document and a photograph of yourself holding it, and a person checks that the document is genuine, that it is yours, and that its date of birth makes you an adult. Until that check passes, a withdrawal cannot be started at all.

Playing and depositing do not require it, so nothing stops you before you have money to take out. What that means in practice is worth being plain about: if you deposit, play, and then cannot or will not verify, the balance stays where it is. Verify first if that would trouble you. The check is at verify your identity, and what happens to the photographs is set out in the privacy policy.

We may ask again later, and we may ask for more, where an account's activity gives us reason to. The account-checks policy says when.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Anyone who can sign in as you can spend your balance. We store only a hash of your password and can never read it, which also means we cannot recover it for you.

These terms include the other policies by reference: privacy, cookies, money laundering and account checks, responsible play and complaints.

Money

Balances are held in USD terms and funded in USDT. A deposit is credited only after a person has matched your transfer on chain. A withdrawal is debited when you request it and held until reviewed; if it is not approved, the full amount returns to your balance. Withdrawal fees are shown before you confirm.

Send only the asset and network shown on the deposit page. Funds sent on another network, or to an address not shown to you by this site, cannot be recovered. This is a property of the blockchain, not a policy we could waive.

Your balance is money we hold for you to play with. It does not earn interest, and it is not a deposit in the banking sense: it is not insured or guaranteed by anybody.

Any tax on winnings is yours to declare and pay where you live. We do not withhold tax and we do not report on your behalf.

The Game

A ticket buys one numbered entry in one round of one room. Once a round draws, its result is final. The round record we hold — the numbers sold, who held them, the number drawn and what was paid — is the record of that result.

We may void a round and refund every ticket in it if it is affected by a fault. We do not otherwise reverse a settled round. A stake once placed cannot be cancelled.

A round whose winning ticket has been set by us in advance says so on its own page, from the moment it is set and before any ticket in it can be bought. If a room does not carry that notice, its number is drawn at random when it settles.

Fair Use

Do not attempt to manipulate draws, open multiple accounts, automate play, exploit a fault instead of reporting it, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account we believe is doing so and withhold funds while we investigate.

If a fault pays you money you were not owed, we may reverse it. Keeping an obvious error is not a win, and we will treat repeated exploitation of one as fraud.

Closing an Account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through support. Withdraw your balance first; we will help you do that unless a check under the account-checks policy is outstanding.

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for suspected fraud or money laundering, or where we are required to. Where we close an account and no investigation prevents it, your remaining balance is returned to you.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. It can be interrupted for maintenance or by faults, and rooms can be closed at any time. Rounds that have not drawn when a room closes are refunded. We do not promise the service will be available at any particular moment, and we are not able to compensate you for a round you could not reach.

What we are answerable for is your money and your results: the ledger, the round records, and paying out what a settled round says you are owed. We are not answerable for what you lose by playing, which is the ordinary outcome of a game with a house edge and is set out on the responsible play page.

Changes

House edge, room prices, limits and fees are configurable and can change. A change never applies retroactively to a round already in progress: the edge stored on a round at the moment it was created is the edge it settles with.

These terms can change too. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it; if you do not, withdraw and close the account.

Disputes

Raise a problem through complaints first, and give us the chance to answer it. Most things are settled there.

These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and a dispute we cannot settle between us belongs to its courts. This does not take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
