The Short Version

These pages are written to be read, not to be survived, so the parts that matter most are worth having in one place:

• You must be an adult, and your identity is checked against a document before any money is paid out.
• A deposit is credited by a person; a withdrawal is held by a person. Neither is instant.
• The house takes a published percentage of every pot. Over time, players lose at that rate.
• A settled round is final, unless a fault means the whole round is voided and everyone refunded.
• A round with its winner set in advance says so on its own page, before any ticket in it is sold.
• Your documents and money records are kept for five years after an account closes, then destroyed.
• Nothing about you goes to an advertiser, an analytics company or a data broker. There are none here.

Where any of that conflicts with a policy page, the policy page is what governs. This list is a summary, not a substitute.
