What We Store
An inventory of the data this service holds about you, taken from the database schema rather than from a template, with why each part is held and how to get rid of it.

Your Account
- The username you chose, and the date you created the account.
- A bcrypt hash of your password. Never the password itself.
- Your balance, your preferences, and your daily stake limit.
- Whether the account is an administrator.
We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and so we do not hold them. Until you verify, a username is the only identity this service has for you, which is why losing the password cannot be undone.
Your Identity Documents
When you verify, we hold the photograph of your identity document and the photograph of you holding it. We read your name, date of birth and the document's validity from them; we do not copy those out into searchable fields, so the images are the record.
They are stored outside the public web root and are readable only by you and by an administrator, through a route that checks who is asking. They are never shown to other players, never posted anywhere, and never sent to another company: verification is done by a person here, not by an outside vendor, which is the reason your passport does not leave this server.
Your Activity
- Every ticket you buy, and every round you were in.
- Every movement of money in your balance, with the balance after each one.
- Deposit and withdrawal requests, including the transaction hash or payout address you gave us.
- Any payment screenshot or wallet QR you upload.
- Messages you send to support, and our replies.
- Anything you post in the chat room.
Why Each Part Is Held
The account and balance records exist because we cannot run your account without them. The money records exist because they are the audit trail of real funds and must reconcile. They are the reason a disputed withdrawal can be settled at all. Round and ticket records exist because they are the evidence behind a published draw, which is what makes the game checkable. Identity documents exist because we are not willing to send money to someone we cannot identify, and because the age rule on every other page would otherwise be a sentence nobody enforces. Support messages exist so a conversation has a history.
Who Can See It
Uploaded documents and payment evidence are stored outside the public web root and served only to you or to an administrator; knowing the filename is not enough to fetch it. Administrators can see your username, balance, requests, verification photographs and support messages, because approving a payment or a check by hand requires it.
Other players see only your username and how many tickets you hold in a round you are both in, plus anything you type in chat. They never see your balance, your history or anything you sent to verify.
How It Is Protected
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, not encrypted and not recoverable. The site is served over TLS. Sign-in is rate limited, so a stolen password list cannot be tried against it quickly. The database is not reachable from the internet, and uploaded files are not reachable by filename.
No system is perfectly safe. If we ever find that account data has been taken, we will say so plainly on this site rather than quietly, and we will say what was taken.
What You Can Ask For
Ask through support and you can have a copy of what we hold about you, have something wrong corrected, or have the account closed and deleted. Write to legal@azavor.com. We answer within 30 days, and if something will take longer we say so inside that time rather than going quiet.
One honest limit: records of money that actually moved, and the identity documents behind them, are kept even after an account closes. Deleting them would destroy the other side of somebody else's settled round, our own financial record, and the proof of who we paid. What we can remove is the account, its username and its preferences.
Keeping It
Account and activity data is kept while the account exists. Financial records and identity documents are kept for five years after the account closes and are then destroyed. Chat messages and support threads go with the account.
Third Parties
This service runs no advertising and no third-party analytics, ships no external scripts, and does not sell data. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company.
Blockchain transfers you make to or from us are, by their nature, public on that chain forever. That is outside our control and worth understanding before you deposit: an address you use here can be linked to your other activity by anyone reading the chain.
